This book is in the Fearless Trek’s top 3 books because John Wood represents everything we try to inspire to be here at Fearless Trek when he realizes what his true dream is and gives up everything in order to pursue it. Of course it helps that his dream takes him to the far corners of the earth, hiking through the Himalayas and villages of Vietnam in order to bring books to unfortunate children around the world. John Wood also delves into the intricacies of entrepreneurship and the work that goes into starting a company like his.

Tim Ferriss is an extraordinarily successful entrepreneur not only because of his financial gains, but because he has gained the freedom of time while earning money. Tim works roughly 4 hours a week, all on the road while he’s achieving his personal goals and visiting places he’s always wanted to visit. This book is a business book but It is in Fearless Trek’s top 3 books because it will show our fellow explorers ways they can manage a business while travelling, or work for a business remotely so they can travel and work from wherever their wanderlust takes them.
